The crew here knows their way around proper men's cuts, from flawless fades starting at skin level up to pompadours and slick-backs ($50), through to standard cuts and buzz cuts ($30-45). Their hot towel straight razor shaves are the real deal – "the closest shave of your life" as they put it – using quality products and finishing with cologne. Beard work is treated with equal respect, from precise shaping to oil and balm treatments ($35). They're fully stocked with Uppercut Deluxe products, from pomades and clays through to beard oils and shampoos, so you can maintain that fresh-cut look at home. The shop operates Tuesday to Saturday with extended Thursday hours until 7pm, closed Sundays and Mondays.
