After training under his father and working alongside celebrated European barbers, Justin returned to Sydney with a vision—and it shows in every detail. This isn't your typical barbershop. The gold leaf-gilded front window, meticulous floor tiling, vintage 50s replica chairs, and eclectic wall art create a space where blokes can properly unwind. The coffee machine and bar serve up fresh grinds, cold beer, or a tumbler of rum while you wait—because why shouldn't getting a haircut be an experience? The services are comprehensive and expertly executed. Haircuts start at $30 for a clipper cut, with skin fades at $70 and traditional cuts at $60. Hot towel shaves using precision cut-throat razors run $70, while beard trims range from $35 to $60 depending on complexity. The Royal Treatment—haircut and hot towel shave combo—delivers the full experience for $120. Operating Tuesday to Saturday (Thursday until 8pm), Fossano & Co runs on appointments only and welcomes ages 10+.
