Harrison switched from managing restaurants and bars to barbering four years back, bringing his people skills straight to the chair. Black Book Barber covers all the essentials and then some. Standard cuts run $40-46, fades $45-52, while their signature skin fades using foil shavers or shavette razors hit $50-58. They'll sort the kids out too with cuts from $30. Beyond haircuts, they're proper with the facial hair – beard trims with hot towel treatment, line-ups, and full face shaves. The blokes here know their way around both clippers and scissors, whether you need a quick buzzcut or a full restyle. Open Tuesday through Saturday with late nights on Friday, they're tucked into Shop 2 at 660 Sherwood Road. Bookings run through their system, but with two chairs running, they keep things moving without the rush.
